The solar-terrestrial space is of considerable significance for human activities. Since the first artificial satellite Sputnik 1 was launched in 1957, more knowledge about dynamic conditions environment has been acquired. With growing dependence on modern technology – both and ground, vulnerability society its infrastructure to weather increased dramatically. To better understand, forecast reduce adverse effects weather, science programs always prioritize measurement or acquisition data from different locations geo-space, such as magnetopause, polar cusps, magnetic tail. For ground observations, it necessary locate instruments longitudes latitudes. a single country, impossible cover all these observation points. Therefore, international cooperation very much needed. paper reviews some we have experienced at system design level. It may provide lessons learned community that enable kind cooperative future.
